Account of editing so far

We have edited most of our video, however we still have quite a way to go. There has been both positives and negatives of our editing process.

An example of what has gone well is our teamwork. As a group, we have all come up with our own individual ideas of different editing techniques we could add to certain shots, for instance, changing the colour satuation. We all accept any ideas put forward, then test it out. If it looks good and relevant we keep it, if not, then we don't. This way, everybody in our group gets a chance at adding what they can visualise.

Another example of what has gone well is how well we have managed our time. So far, we have only had two sessions in which we have edited, and we are almost finished. This is because we make sure there are no distractions during filming, so that we can actually focus and concentrate primarily on editing and making sure it is the best we can produce.

However, there have been some negatives, albeit very few. One being that we had to learn how to use certain editing programmes in order to edit correctly and successfully. We now have the necessary skills to edit how we please.
